Sending a loved one home
When a family chooses to send a loved one home to Haiti, the process can feel overwhelming — documents, translations, the consulate, and the funeral home, all at once, often in a language that is not your first.
We walk beside you. We help gather and translate all required documents, guide you through notarization, NJ Secretary of State authentication, and Haitian Consulate legalization in New York City — the correct process for Haiti, which does not use apostilles. The funeral home and shipping are handled by licensed providers. Our role is to make the paperwork and communication clear, calm, and in your language.

We are not a funeral home — we support you around one. If you already have a funeral home, we work with them. If you are looking for one, we can point you toward trusted, licensed funeral homes and Haitian churches in the community, and stay by your side for the design, translation, and paperwork.
